| Written to a melody I don't recognize, it was still something I could start to pick up on as I read the story. I agree with the author that using the same image of Billie lends continuity to the story and I can tell that it is quite a bit of work to follow this through, but I think the final product was worth it. Original, creative and fun to read. Looking forward to the next installment. |

| If erotic Dom/sub TG is your thing, you'll love this story! The magical fantasy setting seems to be pretty standard, but with a few sci-fi elements to spice it up (drawn at least partially from Star Trek). The submissive/slave women part seems to emulate the Gor books. Let's not kid ourselves here. The plot is used almost exclusively as a vehicle to set up intensely erotic scenes. While perhaps not as enchanting as "serious" literature, I must say this is both hot and fun. The author has done a great job within this genre. I look forward to more! |

| I'd love to be able to say how much I enjoyed the story, and I would have done if I'd managed to find it somewhere in there! Unfortunately, I gave up about a quarter of the way through. It was simply too distracting and too much hard work work to continue with when there is so much other work now being posted. I'm afraid that I had the same problem with The Lamp which I also gave up on. An example - the constant (f) suffix after each name was so tiring. I hate giving out such a negative statement but the fact I'm doing so is in recognition that a hell of a lot of effort must have been made in writing this and I'm sure that this would be worth reading if the annoying style of writing could be controlled. Sorry!!! |
