I only have one thing to say that wasn’t already covered. Epilogue is at the end of the story I believe you meant prologue. I agree that you should make use of the volunteer editors.

One kindly meant suggestion: use the word 'panties' at least part of the time in place of 'knickers' and you will grab more of the American audience. Translation: it would be hotter to me, personally! lol. (ignore my comment at will - am loving the situation here with big brother being psychologically and physically teased by his older sisters. he needs to be in a pretty training bra and carrying a purse for them!) I think that it was a lovely story. The only bad point was that it didn't have enough writing about the actual surgery (SRS). That would have made the story alot more interesting for me.
