Liked your concept. It could become very strong and you might end up with others wanting to write in your literary universe - the ultimate in complements. Criticism: Your story lacked direction, it had no overall spine or central theme. By that I mean the first part had a male protagonist and his POV (point of view), the second part of the story was the female POV and the setting up of the club. The euphamism for Lambs was brilliant and I really liked the rules of the club - much fertile background for future stories there. Two suggestions: 1) Before you start a story, write out the spine or central theme of the story in one or two sentences, then proof your story so everything either advances the readers view of a character or advances the story along the spine. 2) Think of your story in three terms, a likable protagonist (or at least someone people can identify with), an understandable problem, and last and most important, the conflict. I can't stress how important this last is. If you review your story you will find that there was almost no conflict in the first part because your male protagonist always wanted to do what the woman wanted, and in the 2nd part, setting up the club, no one opposed the club so again there was little conflict. And the two parts of your story were not connected by any central theme. The conflict doesn't have to be physical. Example:man wants woman, woman wants man. No conflict - unless the wants of the party differ. Man wants woman as lover, woman wants man as sex-object slave. That's the conflict, the problem is hoops the woman has to jump through to get her wants to be victorious. Or, if the conflict is not open between man and woman, conflict could be in mind of man and his uncertainty of sexual identity. His helplessness to prevent the changes overtaking him, physically or pyscologically, or somewhere inbetween. Geez! I am writing a novel!! Well if I've mucked around a lot I hope you forgive me. Best wishes and Keep writing - the criticism was only offered constructively. Believe me I know how hard it is to get good criticism.

It's always difficult to keep the attention of readers for 'Dream' stories. After all, normally a fiction writer is trying to convince the reader that the story is true - not the opposite! But in this case, the story was so short, that keeping the attention was not a problem. It was well written, and you impart the excitement of discovery of your new body. But I do feel that next time you should try a story with a plot, a beginning, a middle, and an end. And spend many days - or weeks - into making it into a believable story, and avoid the dreams.

Liked this story....would have like the new woman to have remained human in the end.....personally, just do not care for the mannequin story lines.
