| A reasonably wrought story. The identity death thing sort of made it fall flat to me though. I never really could get behind stories where the character was changed into a completely different person both mentally and physically for some reason. |

| A good story leaves the reader hungry for more. This story left me ravenous. As has already been mentioned, Nelle needs to be fleshed out. Why was castration such a huge issue for her? What was her background? What was her motivation? She is a complex or confused character, which is it? Madison could also be a very interesting character. He could have been used repeatedly in the story for more tension. Like most stories on this site, the author seems to want to get to the punchline before establishing that she is telling a joke. Overall I would give this story a B+ for plot and originality. However, slim character development and lack of background material needed to make the whole saga 'real' would merit a C- on workmanship. Overall grade would be a B-, Above Average.
