| I have Always Loved History…BUT I have never actually had an Orgasm over it! hehehehe Lia Grins! ;) What a series of auto bios T! This installment brings back a Flood of memory lanes for me as well Miss T. We have a few striking parallels in personal histories and tastes in Saturday entertainment. I absolutely love Some Like It Hot, then & even to this day… I also remember those obscure Bugs Bunny cartoons quite vividly as well ;) I do not remember ever seeing The Big Snooze though. Though my mom & I never talked about these sorts of things nor feelings, my granma & I did. (Until granpa put a stop to Our dress-ups & seamstress sessions that is…) I never got to go Out & Shop like this, but it does sound rapturously exciting to be sure! Many Hugz! Lia |

| The story was quick, simple, and interesting. Nothing too profound, but good nonetheless. My only complaint--and it is a large one--is that the ending seemed to be too much of a 'I'm-glad-I'm-a-woman-now-since-and-so-should-everyone-else' ending. It also seemed to be a little harsh and sexist towards men. Less war? Less crime? Less domestic violence? The Nobel Peace Prize for a terrorist who introduced a virus into the world? See the merits of a self-proclaimed man-hating lesbian? What merits?! In all seriousness...this was a good story, but the ending is so incongruous with the beginning as to not even be worth reading. Which is a shame, since the beginning and middle were so good. |
