| This is epic fantasy in fine style! I hope readers aren't deterred by the 'Part I' in the title, since this is a complete adventure in itself. I think you struck exactly the right mix of standard fantasy themes with innovative twists - although I suppose anyone who's managed to completely avoid exposure to fantasy RPGs might be a bit puzzled by the party composition. I especially like your version of 'happily ever after' for the heroes. ;) |
