| One phrase: US Equal Opportunity Commission. They'd come down on this like a tonne of bricks. Forcing men to cross-dress in order to work? Maybe if it had been specified as a condition of employment when the job was offered, but to impose this after the employee has commenced work would never fly. Sorry, but this one fails. Any man working in a legal environment like that would tear that one to pieces in 3 seconds flat, and his boss would (or should) have known better than to try. Premise is faulty and the rest falls over. |

| I have always liked stories like strings that blend differing elements in the TG universe. A little unknown effects such as nanotechnology or magic or the like with the exploration of the self by someone who didn't have the innitial tendancies. The makings of a good story. I wonder if Lisa ever read Roger Zelazny's, "Changling"? The primary form of magic in that story was to be able to see and manipulate strings and ribbons of magical energy to differing effects. A good read. |
