| This is, again, another example of fetishism -- blatantly so -- and Orientalism. The author claims it is satire, basing it on 'perceptions' that he equates with stereotypes. But, I have yet to detect the mode. The author also claims to be an economist. If so, then he will understand when I say: take your 'invisible hand', ball it into a fist, and shove it up your ass. As long as it stays away from a pen, the better. |
