| Wow, things are looking bleak for Ruth/Richard at this point. Whilst I'm still interested in your exploration of memetic transfer, I'm starting to fear she'll be completely assimilated. I guess this is the point in the story where the conflict comes to a crescendo, I just hope she turns back before (superficial I know) shes loses her hair and then all sense of self. I can see you going towards a bleak ending rather than the hollywood ending for the sake of the story. Although I'm sure that something that stifles creativity, and slows our evolution will be fought back eventually, I just hope the characters are relatively unscathed at this point. |

| Dear Anne Browning Excellent story. I would like the story to focus a little more on the elaborate, elegant and yet wicked design of apparels from Victorian times. Your "Spice & Sugar" is a grandiose success in this matter. I have not found any writer who can surpass your knowledge in Victorian styles, attention to details and provocative writings on the delicate psychological aspect of the heroines. Jen |

One could probably write more with the same theme, only take the protagonist in a different direction, in terms of how she reacted to it or outcome-wise. |
