| My, my, that was fun. Please write a sequel? Or related stories? Since other people were voting, my vote is to disagree with their suggested changes. It's more charming and keeps the original spirit going longer to keep shifting pronoun back and forth. And more involvement with a more extended plot would not be good. Too many TG stories that would otherwise be good get so deeply into plot development that it hurts the story overall and also hurts enjoyment of the TG theme. Especially when it's all plot development and no real character exploration or character development. There are probably a few too many TG stories like that. There were a couple of other minor suggestions that I don't remember but didn't agree with when seeing them. Oh, about the date scene being long. I disagree. While reading it, I wanted a bit more depth than you went into. Mostly regarding this newly very feminine personality interacts with the three men who are subconsciously and consciously vying for her attentions. If you write a sequel, then my vote is to explore the main characters a little more, only introduce enough plot to keep the same pace as new plot developments in most normal persons' lives, and keep the sensual and gender fun going maybe even a little more than this story. A story this size is only about the same length as a chapter of a novel, it shouldn't try to pack in a full novel's worth of plot. For a sequel, a couple of thoughts. Now that Shelley knows about these astounding artifacts, that isn't the sort of thing any person just forgets about. She'll develop more thoughts and questions as time passes. Nick and Paul will surely be hearing from her again. Thinking a bit about Shelley's backstory, what is she likely to do? I'm guessing she'll want to ask a lot of questions of Paul, and more questions as things develop. Given how frequently they play with transformations, isn't it likely Nick will sometimes change Paul into a copy of Shelley? Is there potential for Shelley to have questions for Paul that lead into a little game on their part of switching places without Nick knowing? Paul and Nick will certainly get more curious about the parameters of the magic's changes on their thoughts and attitudes(?) Or maybe the magic itself prevents their curiosity. It does seem to be relatively benevolent magic, or at least benign. It probably doesn't push the mental changes too much. I guess it's obvious that there are just tons and tons of questions about the origin and operations of the magic artifacts. Do you agree it's probably best to leave most of these mysteries unanswered? Are there other magic artifacts like these out there in the world? Do they all behave the same way, or are there subtle or major differences? Are they all benign or do they take different attitudes towards their wearers? Do these other artifacts interact in any ways with the artifacts we already have met in this story? Anyway, if you write more (pretty please?) then try to keep the sensual fun in the story as you did here? And also please keep the idea of experienced yet innocent eroticism. I hope you enjoyed these random thoughts, we really enjoyed your story. Annie |
