| Strange that there are no other reviews as of yet, this is actually a pretty good story. I've only read one other of your efforts, "All Girl Now", and I wasn't very kind in my review. This one is much better. I like the "hiding from the mob as a woman" theme and this is one of the better variations I've read on it. I also like that Jim didn't whimp out and was actually able to take out two mob boys. I thought Sam was a bit gushy relating his change to Samantha but was glad to see that Jim was not such an easy mark, even with his crossdressing background, and took his time before joining the program. Then the two girls have a tropical adventure that was actually funny and erotic. You came up with some clever dialogue and asides "...looking like someone who just discovered that there was no Santa Clause(sic)." Two problems: first, how can James go back to his family as Jamie? So what if the government changes all the records? There are still going to be copies of old records and photographs somewhere and those are going to show that there was no Jamie until just about the time that James disappered. Even the mob gumbas can put two and two together. Second, PLEASE, get a copy editor. Your spelling is awful! Almost laughably so. It's GENTLE, not GENITAL; WON'T not WANT. I'm not a great speller myself and I'm sure there are mispelled words in this letter. But it is only a letter and I am in a hurry. Even so I always write with a good dictionary by my side and so should you! Sorry, that's the English teacher in me coming out. |

| There are a few long stories that are the "classics" of this genre. This is one of those. Don't expect a lot of sex but it so thoroughly involving that even if that's what you hope for, you won't be disappointed. This is one of the very best!! |
