| ok, I haven't finished reading it yet, but I must say, your writing style is somewhat ruining the whole story for me. Soon as I find some part interesting, you use unnecissary alitteration, which completely throws me. You have someone who apparently still has a male mind and is trying to retain as much of his masculinity as possible giving very female statements, and then tell us that he's been acting more male. Kinda screws up the thought process. And stop repeating adjectives. In order to finish reading, I've pasted the whole thing into Word and replaced every instance of "friggin'" and "built like a brick shithouse" with a space. If I could figure out how to remove every combination of "bodacious bod of a body" without reading ahead, I would. Now, that's not to say it's not a good story... I just wanted to let you know that this particular experiment in "wordsmithing" didn't do it for me at all. Oh, and an afterthought: when you're the narrator, it isn't so bad to screw around with adjectives, but it helps a lot if each character has an individual talking style: Ann might use all those adjectives, but Gene never would, unless he's a fruit(note that there is a difference between a homosexual and a fruit, and one doesn't necissarily imply the other). Just suggestions... |

| This piece of literature was magnificent. The word choice was excellent, the descriptions very vivid, and the emotional content very moving. This is one of the best body swap stories that I have EVER read, and it ranks up there as one of my all time favorite TG stories. With your word choice and descriptions you could be a very successful romance novelist. I wonder if you do that already, or have considered that career choice. If not, you are wasting your impressive talent. Every now and again, I read something from another author that inspires me to improve my own marginal talent. You are such a writer. Congratulations on what I believe is the best TG story of the year. I would be humbled if you would correspond with me via E-mail. |
