i enjoyed this story very much. i only wish it was me that it was happening to. i have often dreamed about having my hair permed and being feminized like this; but i know that my wife would not go for it. i am also in the public eye and would probably lose my job if i did. keep writing stories like this. GREAT-GREAT- GREAT STORY.

Enjoyable well written story, its good to see it again. The family is done well and the tale is warm & gently handled. The change that comes over the memebers is well done. A good read.

I very much like this story, and hope you will continue it. CAUTION SPOILERS (and I apologize for the wasted bandwith, but couldn't find the authors e-mail address to send this direct) Unlike many, it actually has a *plot* (beyond, zap and a travel-log of cliches). I thought the McGuffin was inspired- combining fairy-tale history and a 'scientific' application/explanation made suspension of disbelief easier (for me, at least) on many levels (e.g., tying and springboarding more acceptable to 'mature' minds 'scientific' method and 'explanation' - quantum topology indeed :>- with memories of childhood suspension for fairy tales). I also enjoyed the use of more exotic transformations (and wonder what mental effects they had/will have). I thought both the experimental accidents and Don's obsession and what it lead to were realistically portrayed (though something about how quickly he jumped to 'doing' the board and how quickly the fed's came into it after that struck me wrong- somehow I thought Don was smart enough for a plan that would give him more time after as well as at least pausing at the idea of how he was going to hide 20 identical women). That's a minor quibble overall, however, as is the need for a bit more editing - though I hesitate to suggest anything that would make writing a longer process as I don't know where you found the time for what you already did! - and the editing mistakes were very minor and few). I *am* curious how you intend - if you do- to get Don, Brian, et. al., not to mention the world, out of this predicament. Given the ingenuity of the story so far, I'll bet you've got something planned, but right now it looks like Ham has very much the upper hand. Also, I expected Ham not to make the mistake of rejecting the idea of allies by wiping out the intellects of almost all his transformees (if I read that right). Many heads- assuming loyalty, but then he *does* an awfully big carrot and stick for inducing/enforcing same- are usually smarter than one. Then again, not having him smart/trusting/whatever enough to do something like that *is* a usual method for setting the villian up for a fall. I look forward to seeing if and how the 'good' folks win!

I have to say I loved this story, so sensitively and well written. Totally believeable, without the usual preposterous effects of hypnotism. A bit of eroticism is fine but I don't like cruelty and was pleased that Ellen's actions were prompted by her love for her husband. The happy ending and survival, no, the reinforcement of the marriage also made it special for me. I can think of no adverse criticism so will have to give it top marks.Thank you for an enjoyable and entertaining read.
