| Thank you one and all. I HATE really HATE to be the bearer of such bad news, but Allison's life takes some mean twists to it. the second part has been posted and i'm working on the third. The next installment takes a bad and confusing turn for our young herioine, and i'm sorry to see it so, but stories which write themselves (like this one) must be allowed to continue their corse. | What a sweet story! Am I detecting a trend here, the penduluum swinging away from the really mean stories, more toward some nice stories, with 'different' people being treated with some love and understanding? Anyway, this was very well written...some other authors could learn a lesson from this writer about how to write believeable dialogue,that *sounds* like normal, regular people are speaking. I'm very touched that the sister turned out to be so humane...there might be a lesson here. It was refreshing and enlightening to read such a story...I hope to see a sequel one day! - Paula |

| What a nice twist on the Spells R' Us universe! Well written, nicely plotted, good balance between dialogue and narrative, and yet a very compelling tale. Increasingly, I find very compelling these stories where the wizard acts to right a wrong. I'd love to read a story, perhaps a sequel, where the wizard catches up with the bank v.p. who made Simon so miserable to begin with. Good work! Cheers, - Paula |
