| I was really worried and shocked when it seemed Cam had completely forgotten his life as a male, as this was such a contrast to the slow changes so far. Luckily, I was quickly relieved when it was revealed to be Sandy's dream. Hopefully the next chapter comes as quickly as this one as I am very much hooked! |

| I like "historical" novels to begin with. I thought the story was well-written and believable. It looks like you have knowledge of the area and the time. As an eastern Christian myself, I am well aware of the fall of Constantinople and of the subsequent attempts of the Turks to take all of Europe, culminating in the sea battle of Lepanto and the siege of Vienna in 1683. Your time line may be a little off; Trebizond fell in 1462 and the battle of Lepanto was 1571 - almost 110 years. |
