Some of my favourite authors Cordellian and dirteesissy have taken years out before coming back with more fiction. Cordellian takes 10 year plus hiatuses. Perfection can't be rushed I suppose! | A terrific, well written story. Enjoyed it immensely. The incident of needles in hospital, brought back memories of me eight years old, two doctors, four nurses and mum trying to get a blood test out of me. Once again a great story. Have to go and read all the others now. Love Karen. |

| This is one of the first TG stories I ever read, and is still one of the best. However, I think it would have been better if jim's "infection" had been caused by a genuine accident rather than by Dr. Chamberlin's scheming. This would make Dr. Chamberlin not only seem more intelligent -- injecting an unwilling subject with an untested virus isn't the smartest or most ethical thing to do-- but more likeable as well. As the story stands, it is hard to feel any sympathy for her when she learns her boyfriend, Paul, has cheated on her. Still, this didn't stop me from enjoying the story, and I'm looking forward to reading DNA III |
