| A good idea to switch the point of view from Em to El, and to go back a week in the timeline. The story is becoming more complex, but still just as gripping. Although they are (identical) twins their different personalities are carefully and skillfully drawn. Interesting that El hasn't internally accepted feminisation, and hates the name Lucy, preferring to be called Olivia later in the episode. Yes, it's obviously a brothel he's been taken to. My guess is that it caters for 'special' tastes, and all the girls are actually 'special girls' like himself. But who owns it? We shall see. BTW loving the literary/cultural references! (Dickens and James Bond combined in this episode.) |
