This is one of the first TG stories I ever read, and is still one of the best. However, I think it would have been better if jim's "infection" had been caused by a genuine accident rather than by Dr. Chamberlin's scheming. This would make Dr. Chamberlin not only seem more intelligent -- injecting an unwilling subject with an untested virus isn't the smartest or most ethical thing to do-- but more likeable as well. As the story stands, it is hard to feel any sympathy for her when she learns her boyfriend, Paul, has cheated on her. Still, this didn't stop me from enjoying the story, and I'm looking forward to reading DNA III

Hw long do we have to wait to find out what his selfish and possibly evil girlfriend has in mind??????????????? a fine story otherwise, but you need some editing, guys! maybe you let this story out of the bag a little early. during the bodyswap realization scenes, I was distracted by trying to figure out which words you meant to use. maybe steve Z can run through it when you complete the story and correct the errors. I really felt like you captured the feeling of being thrust into a new environment racially. a little bit more time spent with Jakes old body wandering around the big new home she now resides in would be interesting. or did she already get the tour of the place on another visit? I could go on but I'll leave room for eric and the many others I expect to send reviews to this cool combo from two of FM's top writers! (And most prolific too!)

I found this story to be very compelling and interesting. The author spent a lot of time and energy thinking through all the various factions and subplots found within this tale. I found the story premise to be quite interesting as a potential "what-if" scenario of the future, particularly with the RIT technology. This story, after reading, is one that keeps one thinking about some of the issues raised with regards to a society's "in-and-outs" with regard to societal mores and norms. The Fish-Eyed Sue faction was quite inventive, although I'm still a bit unclear as to the meaning of the "fish-eye" part. My only complaint is that it seemed to end a bit abruptly, and what happens to Terri-Anne in the future is also left up in the air a bit. I could see quite a number of other interesting stories coming out of the universe the author has constructed. All in all, from my prespective, a very interesting and absorbing read.
