| MJ’s stories were some of the first I ever read on FM. Her stories were marked by and optimism rarely found on fiction mania about marital relationships. That is one of the reasons why, year after year, I continue to reread her stories. I think that many of them are the subject of undue criticism from readers who simply want depravity. There is a lot of depravity on fiction mania. But Margaret Jeanettes works are some of the few that consistently and successfully avoid that dark path. Samantha, thank you for this tribute work. It is well written and very much in the vein that Margaret would have wanted it. |
