| My understanding is this site is for fiction dealing with crossdressing, shemales and transvestites. There was none of that in this story, as a matter of fact there were no details about the people in the story, other than the main character was committing suicide. I am not sure how this story made it through to even be posted on the site. Joe |

| Enjoying this story immensely and not sure why since science fiction changes don't usually appeal. Could do with less nasty scenes as others have mentioned and at the very least a little counseling by the administration on re-gen kids could go a long way. In fact, not sure how going to school is going to help Emmett/Emma at all, who should be isolated and protected during that time. What happens if he goes back to being a boy. This aspect of the story seems a bit contradictory. Overall, hoping that the re-gen effect on minors doesn't end with gender change. Perhaps the alien ship is trying to mutate changes for the benefit of humankind, ala X-men. |

| A very good story that built up nicely and took you through the thoughts and emotions of the changee. It had a nice even pace throughout and it came across as almost auto biographical (you wish!), and very personal. |

| I,too, have read other stories involving the medallion and after a few of them (this story area is supposed to be fictional), began to wonder if the medallion was/is real and exists somewhere. I note that most of the reviews are from '99' when there was only 1-2 parts. I printed it back then and only now just read the first part. I just looked at the story and is listed as complete. I have a whole bunch of story to read. the part I have read is very interesting with attention to detail. I fear that my ability to write would be comparably poor. it is well-written and gets the reader involved in the scenes. thank you, bashful (do wonder who you might be) |

I aploogise for not leaving a comment before now, it was inexcusable particularly since I know how few comments are left and how much it means to a writer. Your story was the first of it's kind I ever read and started me on the road to writing myself, while I can never hope to reach you level I still use your work as a yardstick for my own. This story is without doubt the best I've ever read of it's kind and I thank you for writing it, oddly enough, despite the fact that I have no inclinations toward submission, I am still excited at each reading, this can only be a result of the exceptional writing, once again thank you.
