| Well we were forewarned I suppose by the synopsis that the captain was going to take in the delights of cross dressing however that doesnt prepare one for the way the story was written. I for one would love to see more. good first story. |

| I enjoyed this story, especially the tie-in with the "Philadelphia Incident" (did I get the name of the movie right?). It was a little too heavy on the inside-Navy stuff for me, since I have never served in the Navy, but the author seemed to do a good job communicating this aspect of the story. I'm looking forward to this tale being completed! Good luck! |

| A Maids Half Day Off Details |
| Well, this was a nice little story, but... It wasn't anywhere near as captivating, as interesting, as thought provoking as Raena's first story. I know that comparisons are odious, but it's hard not to do so when there's such a difference between the two works. This story... well I felt no compulsion to spend a week knocking out a 20,000 word un-official sequel. On the other hand, many of Raena's grammatical issues from "The Journal of Samuel (Samantha) Waterman" seem to have been resolved. Raena's first work was a magnum opus; this is "okay" (I think the problem is that, for Raena's style, the story just wasn't long enough for me to be able to care about it. Keep trying. I’m looking forward to the next story. |
