Dear "B'-- Very cute. No "identity death," forced femme," etc etc-- just a cute little cross dressing story. Very believable. What a lucky guy to have a supportive girl friend and supportive lady room-mates. I am a cross dresser. I am not gay. I have no interest in joining the other side permanently. As you might guess, one of my favorite CD activities is dressing as a cheerleader. I'm even OK at pompom shaking. As far as the stores go, yes, each store is different. One of the local chains was supportive, and even had special nights for TS's and CD's-- but then management or ownership changed and that ended. I actually went in there again, got a moderately frosty reception, and left. Since then I've done most of my shopping via the web. And mostly from the "GAP" companies. For some reason, I'm a perfect 2X/20 in GAP dresses. Some of the stuff is too sexy, but I can always find a few things. I have talked with their customer service phone reps and do not remember having any problems when I told them what I was doing. GAP does their own customer service. They have not outsourced that function to off shore call centers. Anyhow, I enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more of your work. Peace-- Hippie Cheerleader. This story works just fine as is-- But I would not mind reading about them all going out together, with the main character being "en femme." The distracting flaw was the jumping about of the pronouns as the story progressed, couldn't decide if a first person or third person narrative. Hi. I really was captured by this story. I was more than 1 hour late for work as I lost track of time trying to absorb the story. Having said the story was wonderful, I'll go on to say this. The biggest flaw I find in TG fiction and my biggest peeve about romantic fiction in general is the endings are often quickly tied up after having dragged out the exposition (opening) of the story. After we get to like the characters... *poof* its 3 years later they're getting married and everyone lived happily ever after. I really like to read a story where the ending is given as much care as the beginning. "The Professor" is one such author. Read "his" stories to see how its done.
