As someone who has been feminized, i.e. exclusively dressing and living as a female, and has been put permanently in diapers - I feel that the story is very much accurate and to a degree wonderful. It takes more time to become a "baby" than the writer suggests, but I can assure you that over time you succomb to those whose intentions are to mould you into whatever they choose. Lucky baby - poor baby, it depends on your point of view.
