| Well,I found parts of this chapter I liked, and parts I didn't. Unlike Arice, I had no problem with the size of the Baraandi ship. After all, Lana had to enter the cargo hold, and even then it was crampted. I guess I am a bit of a prude, but I did not particulary care for the orgy at the end. I think the group marriage could have been described withoutiit. Speaking of group marriage and the 'kids come first' idea, I read this orginally in Robert Heinlein's "Time Enough For Love." Wonder if JRD was partly inspired by that novel? Not criticizing, just curious. JoAnn |
