| Since I'm slowly getting back into the community with my own stories etc I thought I would offer some suggestions. Your plot idea was sound - it would have made a good story, and you could have done a lot with the story regarding the female Elf idea. What you did however is take the short cut way about writing it - now I know how it feels to do that - I have written a few. But honest, it isn't great to write a story like that where there is nothing really but the transformation. I have read a few of your stories and Paul you have talent - you just have to start planning your stories some more and also spending some time trying to figure out the details. Reports use this words for all their investiagtive reporting - story writers also use them. So ask yourself, "Why, Who, Where, When, What, How" in regards to the storyline, and the overall plot you wish. If you want a hand in fleshing out some storylines - don't hesitate to email me. WiNC |
