Very very nice JRD :) I really enjoyed this one. I was wondering when a story like this might come along.. I think you're ideas on how to crossbreed vampire & tg genres were very clever and well thought out. The writing style was a real delight. I can see why some might have been thrown a bit by an off-topic dialog in the middle of a sex scene, but I thought it seemed rather 'tantric', in good keeping with the general theme ;) The brutally honest critique part: I really love your carefully thought out system of energy vampirism as explained durring the linking, but it could be a lot for some readers to absorb all at once? You know how anything 'technical' can sorta lose people who are into the 'mood' of the storyline. The other detail with the mental conversation was that after the initial description, i was expecting something a bit more sureal in the way of exchanging thoughts. I'd love to see more of this story! sequels, prequels or maybe a whole universe? thanks for a good read :) Kath

Hello, i enjoyed this rendition very much. Mainly due to the fact that the change was slow and gradual, and he could take a pill and see himself changeing. i was wondering if you could make another about a man who is inadequate downstairs and he is give a pill and he gets bigger. or you could have a woman go totally male.
A Cure for Hypertension     Details
I disagree with the comments about lack of TG content. The story had as much TG content as any number of other stories where the main character is essentially changed in the last paragraph. However, it is very much a political tract, albeit a tract for tolerance and understanding, something I hope other readers will consider. Let's not start a flame war over this. Please. As to the merits of the story as a story. It wasn't bad. (Roy might have given the temperature in degrees centigrade, but that's a minor quibble.) He should be congratulated for the research he did to get the points about al-Islam right. I do have a problem that, after all that build up, it just peters out at the end. I'd have liked to see a bit more about how Abdul adjusted to her new life. I'm also not sure why the main character, who spent his previous life hassling Jews is now going to be hassled by Christians. (Unless, she'll be rescued by a Jew, but that's in no way clear from the ending.) In other words, the story had no balence of fate to actions. Roy, maybe take out about 75% of the politics and add a few hundred more words of plot at the end. Alekhim sala'am, Ellie

I thought your stori was very creative & your r a very talented writer however I found the subject matter pretty depraved I think its almost advocating child abuse eventho it wasnt sexual I'm sorry if this upsets you. I hope you continue to keep writing Take care & stay well
