I used to fantasize about this when I was younger. Just a slip in the hospital records and I'm girlie! A bit of a stretch of the imagination, but not too much. The guy's reaction was more or less realistic. One picky thing: an infamed appendix is not too serious, but a burst one is a life or death situation. It means digestive acid is leaking onto your internal organs, and he probably would have died during the plastic surgery delay. Please keep up this interesting series, there is not enough non-magic TG stories around here.
