SRU: Ultimate Sacrifice     Details
This is one of the first TG stories I ever read, and is still one of the best. However, I think it would have been better if jim's "infection" had been caused by a genuine accident rather than by Dr. Chamberlin's scheming. This would make Dr. Chamberlin not only seem more intelligent -- injecting an unwilling subject with an untested virus isn't the smartest or most ethical thing to do-- but more likeable as well. As the story stands, it is hard to feel any sympathy for her when she learns her boyfriend, Paul, has cheated on her. Still, this didn't stop me from enjoying the story, and I'm looking forward to reading DNA III
DNA     Details
Awesome story, one of the better I've read. Slow tranformations are by far the best! The images are great and help the story along. This is one of the best SWI I've read yet because it seems as if the images actually have something to do with the story. PLease write another, I can't wait!
The Facsimile Machine     Details
I enjoyed your story and it is quite a beginning and also leaves the readers waiting in anticipation for thenext installment. Your writing style is commendable as it is easily followed and creates a desire to know what happens . . yes there are errors and typo's but overlooking minor flaws it is wonderful. I thank you for opening up your imagination to us and letting us in.
Displacement     Details
Not bad; rather a good tale, but... Me, I avoid period pieces because I KNOW that I'll make howler after howler: anachronistic language, especially, but also situations. For me, unless an anachronism is intentional (for humor or to make a point), it hauls me back into the present day and spoils the illusion that I'm reading an account written near the time of the events. I don't recall any big howlers here, but there are a lot of little ones, especially modern turns of phrase juxtaposed with (passable but) mock-antique ones. Probably I should just shut up and chill out.
