| Congrat Kim, I am of the mind that it's no subtle hell to live a life where you can never be at home in your own skin. It's the bad news that comes from that line in the movie "Buckroo Bonsai"... "Wherever you go... there you are..." I did only slightly better than you... I knew by the time I was 12 that I needed to "Get the hell out of this stinking skin suit!", and had it driven home at the end of serious beating from childhood until highschool. It really was get out of my manness or get out of this life. I went so deep into denial, that Cleopatra would never find me. I was the first born son in an Asian family and giving the honor of number one son to my little brother was just a not a possibility. In the end I couldn't fight the tidal force of my heart, the gravity of my soul. I transitioned finally 10 years ago when I turned 35. I've been postop now for 8 years. I am at home in this skin.
