| I understand that fine writing like fine wine takes time and it is readily apparent in your story that you have taken the time to think out an excellent story. I thoroughly enjoy the misadventures and confusion that your hero/heroine is experiencing. I'm not saying that I am some kind of sadist. It's just that Julian/Juliette has a unique opportunity to experience life on both sides as a male and as a female. Also, the adventures are not overly fantastical to ruin the credibility of the story. I am curious to see what Julian/Juliette will do next, especially since his/her cohorts Charlie and Harry have essentially accepted their transformation and have decided to start a new life - together. I anxiously await the next chapters. |

| This review is as much for those who read this as it is for Elaine. I have just finished reading The Importance of Being Juliette and found it to be one of the best stories I have ever read. As well as being one of the best stories I have ever read it is, I believe, a literary work of art. Bravo. I look forward to reading the sequal and the other stories you have written with a relish I've never attributed to a story before. |

| I want to clarify my prior comment: I did not mean to insult, I meant to illustrate and compliment. As to the last paragrah of my review, the last about a cardiovascular workout was supposed to be humerous to show that being mad was not a negative; I'm sorry; my screwed up sense of humor. I thought this was a good story. Just as I enjoy stories that make me feel really good, I enjoy stories that make me mad. Both mean they are written well enough to get me emotionally involved. That's the mark of good writing. If there were no evil, one wouldn't have any idea what good was, and I felt Wholeman did an excellent job of describing evil in the person of Kylynn. I thought my descriptions of what she did and thus what she was were accurate. My comment about outdoing Vickie was meant as a compliment. She is the queen of bitch women and clueless wimp men stories, and a great writer, in my opinion. I do apologize for my comments about the degree of love. They were stated as fact when they should have been stated as opinion. I hope this clarifies things. I did enjoy the story. Jezzi |
