Very good story; to the point and well-done. Two pluses: 1) Our Hero finds a genie but has NO control at all over what the genie does to him... I always thought these all-powerful genies were a bit too subservient. 2) Instead of the story ending when he becomes she, we see Our Hero trying to cope with the changes.
The Retrograde Wish     Details
Dear Beverly: I've now read all three chapters and am enjoying the story. There are a few typos/spelling errors but that is a minor quibble. You must be English or Scottish (or are you from Australia or New Zealand??)... I get that from your phrasing and some of the vocabulary. I've visited England eight times and am a big MONTY PYTHON fan. Also enjoy English performers like Steeleye Span, Fairport Convention, Oysterband, Richard Thompson and Billy Bragg. Anyhow... Back to the story: It seems that Peter does have some emerging transgender feelings. I think this could have been explored perfectly well without the plot device of the accident/injury. That just forces the issue and I think the story could have continued on track without it. I also think that Jacky's manipulations could have been resisted more easily. On the other hand, I am a non parent and do not deal with young children very often-- maybe this sort of behavior is "normal." You are very good at characterization, though-- Peter and his tomboy cousin come across as very real to me. I'll stop rambling here-- looking forward to reading the rest of this tale and seeing how Peter deals with the new situation. P.S.: Your descriptions of how it feels to be a male (and dressed in male attire) and be shopping for feminine underthings is accurate. I actually just bought two new bras (I'm a cross dresser) at a department store and felt quite nervous during the whole process, although absolutely nothing happened. Peace-- hippie cheerleader

Just got to this story -- it works well and sustains well. I hope Rachel's demands on Stephanie won't be exceeding Stephanie's conversion to pleasure by satisfying them (as his substitute for sex). There is a point in every excessive involuntary servitude when a "Stephanie" can just say "she doesn't love me or want me really, and she's arbitrary and cruel, so I don't want her, it's over." And walk out of the marriage. Rachel comes close when she blames him for meeting her stated requirements more enthusiastically than she wishes (but keeps altogether to herself), as when he finds he's been sandbagged by Hannah's ass and Lucy's clit. Fortunately she backs off after the Lucy incident. Other than that worry (my indignation rising now and then like Stephanie's erections, but just enough restrained by the story so it didn't get hard and dominant), I like this a lot. As I did "Nailed." Write on!

I think this is one of the best series on Fictionmania! I love it, Great job. I really don't know how you could make it better. Please write part 5 soon, I can't wait to see what happens when he goes to work.
